Parasols

We carry two different parasols, standard and cantilever. Parasols are the perfect compliment to your rattan dining set and lounge set – giving you that needed shade and relief from the blinding sun and its elements.

Traditional garden umbrellas are great, but you’ve always got the problem of trying to position yourself around a centre pole. Our cantilever parasol is designed to give you complete freedom and allows you to position loungers, tables, chairs and children’s play area anywhere underneath the large canopy.

This cantilever parasol is manufactured from powder coated aluminum and has a crank handle to raise and lower the umbrella; as well as foot lever that operates 360 degree turn whilst keeping the base stationary. The base weighs 60 kg but is split into 4 units weighing only 15kg each- this allows the user to easily carry and position each section with ease.

The center pole parasol is also manufactured from powder coated aluminum. It has a crank handle to raise and lower the umbrella and the main pole can be split into two pieces so you can carry it easily. For stability, the base piece weighs approximately 20 kg.

Our parasols come in a variety of colors and are simply gorgeous to look at. These aren’t your typical sunshades but rather something that completes your outdoor set. When choosing colours, it is best if the parasol matches the color of your cushions. This provides a seamless, matching look that further increases the elegance of your patio, garden or deck.

As with everything Gabriel Furniture manufactures, our cantilever parasols are of the highest quality. We take care to ensure the base is heavy enough so the units don’t fall over in wind; the aluminum is light weight enough allowing easy maneuvering and being rust free and that the fabric is of extremely high quality so these parasols will last you for years.

When selecting a unit it will depend on whether you prefer the cantilever set up or the standard central shaft umbrella. Feel free to choose whichever one best suits your tastes.

You may purchase an additional weather proof cover to go with our parasols to keep them protected while in storage.
